Please make sure you sign up with your e-mail or phone number because after your appointment is booked a confirmation e-mail/text will be sent
For safety purposes extra guests are strictly prohibited
This also applies to kids appointments, no parent is allowed to stay during appointment. Please bring your kid with tablet/ iPad or phone to check on your child
Late and Cancelation
Policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time. I offer a 10 minutes grace period after 15 minutes a late fee of $12 will be applied. After 25 minutes the appointment will be cancelled.
You may cancel or reschedule 48hrs prior to your appointment
No call no shows and same day cancellation will be automatically charged a cancelation fee of $60. This fee is non- refundable
Deposit
A $45 non- refundable deposit is required in order to book an appointment.
This deposit will go towards your service and the remaining balance will be due after the service is completed. If you make an appointment & cancel you will need to pay another $45 deposit when booking another appointment
HAIR
Braiding hair is provided for every style. Please remember to select you hair color when booking your appointment.
I do not offer hair wash service so your hair needs to be washed and blow dried, completely free of oil/ leave in conditioner and at least 5 inches ( i don’t serve people with 4inch or less )
